Before initial use and after each use, hand wash with warm soapy water. Dishwasher is not advised.
Natural aluminum pans performs well with butter, shortening, parchment paper or silicone baking mats. When roasting savory foods use butter or cooking oil.
Do not use metal utensils or abrasive cleaners. Aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients which will darken and discolor the pans.
