Hand wash with warm soapy wash before first use and after each use.
Prior to each use brush with butter and dust with flour or cocoa. Or spray with Baker's Joy.
Fill the pan no more than 3/4 full so that it does not overflow.
Do not use metal utensils, scouring pads or abrasive cleaners on any nonstick surface.
