Dorset Maple Reserve's Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup has a rich complex flavor with notes of caramel, vanilla, cinnamon and delicious Bourbon. They hand select batches of their syrup to age in bourbon barrels. They fill the barrels hot to help infuse the syrup with the rich flavor compounds that are stored in the wood of the barrels. The Bourbon Barrel Aged Syrup is an excellent addition to cocktails, desserts and even homemade barbecue sauces. We might be Yankees but we have been known to enjoy Dorset Maple Reserve's Bourbon Barrel Syrup over homemade fried chicken and waffles!

Engraving (+$15)

ENGRAVING is available on nearly all of our wood and slate products. With this method, your personalization design is finely-etched into the surface of the product with our state-of-the-art laser-engraver, producing a fine patina that will endure for the life of the product.

Carving (+$20)

CARVING takes engraving a step further (deeper actually). Available on many of our wood products, our Carving process adds beautiful dimension to your monogram or personalization design.
