Shelburne Farm 6 month Cheddar Cheese is made with raw milk from Brown Swiss Cows at their farm in Shelburne, Vermont. As Vermonters we are passionate about cheese and cheddar is probably our favorite. Cheddar that has been aged for 6 months is mild and creamy. We love to cook with cheddar cheese or simply slice and enjoy.
We ship cheese from October-May due to the hot summer months. Cheese ships in an insulated pack via FedEx 2 Day shipping.
