Shelburne Farm 6 month Cheddar Cheese is made with raw milk from Brown Swiss Cows at their farm in Shelburne, Vermont. As Vermonters we are passionate about cheese and cheddar is probably our favorite. Cheddar that has been aged for 6 months is mild and creamy. We love to cook with cheddar cheese or simply slice and enjoy. We ship cheese from October-May due to the hot summer months. Cheese ships in an insulated pack via FedEx 2 Day shipping.

The "choose personalization" drop down menu indicates one or both methods of personalization we offer: ENGRAVING and/or CARVING, as well as the option for NO PERSONALIZATION. The availability of ENGRAVING and/or CARVING is dictated by the product material (for example, our slate products cannot be carved, only engraved.) Engraving (+$15)

ENGRAVING is available on nearly all of our wood and slate products. With this method, your personalization design is finely-etched into the surface of the product with our state-of-the-art laser-engraver, producing a fine patina that will endure for the life of the product.

Carving (+$20)

CARVING takes engraving a step further (deeper actually). Available on many of our wood products, our Carving process adds beautiful dimension to your monogram or personalization design.
