Reviewed by Cook's Illustrated This reversible carving board is an update to our classic Turnabout Board with a pour spout on both sides. One side has a well that cradles your poultry or roast for ease of carving with a juice groove. The reverse side is flat with a juice groove. The pour spout, is on both sides of the board, and a pooling well make it easy to collect the juices to create your favorite gravies and sauces.

This is a beautiful cutting board, obviously made expertly. Strong and will last a long time. So practical with the edge to catch drippings. I know have a large and a small one to handle our meat carving needs. Fast delivery. Strongly recommended!

Used the board probably 3 or 4 times, from first use to second started cracking (first complaint sent to jka co) second used cracks got worse, third use board is not longer a board is 4 pieces of wood ...if you allow a 0 star i would click on that!

Perfect Multiuse Cutting Board

The medium size board is perfect for everyday grilling and use. The roasting side is big enough for a whole chicken or small prime rib. The well easily collects juices and I have had no issues with spillage. A good weight as well.

A big upgrade from my slightly smaller cutting board. But comes in handy with slicing our briskets and whole chickens with the pour spout. Reverse it, and we can cut up vegtables. And very easy to clean up.

Perfect Cutting Board

The small board is the perfect size for smaller roasts and steaks. The drippings collect in the well while meat rests and then it's easy to pour drippings off for use in gravy or sauce. It's well made and not too heavy to move around for storage.

The "choose personalization" drop down menu indicates one or both methods of personalization we offer: ENGRAVING and/or CARVING, as well as the option for NO PERSONALIZATION. The availability of ENGRAVING and/or CARVING is dictated by the product material (for example, our slate products cannot be carved, only engraved.) Engraving (+$15)

ENGRAVING is available on nearly all of our wood and slate products. With this method, your personalization design is finely-etched into the surface of the product with our state-of-the-art laser-engraver, producing a fine patina that will endure for the life of the product.

Carving (+$20)

CARVING takes engraving a step further (deeper actually). Available on many of our wood products, our Carving process adds beautiful dimension to your monogram or personalization design.
