Standard delivery orders ship within 48 hours, excluding holidays and weekends, for non-personalized items. For Personalized items please allow up to five additional business days. If there are any exceptions, you will be notified via email.
How do you ship?
Orders will ship via UPS whenever possible. Select items will go via USPS or FedEx depending on size and address, at JK Adams' discretion.
Is expedited shipping available?
Yes, you can select expedited shipping for your package, at the cost calculated and shown at checkout. If you choose to expedite a Personalized order, it will ship after the allotted time to personalize an item. Our Personalization can take up to 5 business days. We will ship your order as soon as it is completed.
What do you charge for shipping?
"Standard Shipping" rates in the chart below are for delivery to the contiguous 48 U.S. states via UPS Ground or USPS standard delivery. For standard delivery to Alaska and Hawaii there is a flat rate charge of $50.00 for orders up to $300.00. At our discretion we will refund the difference in shipping charges to Hawaii and Alaska. Our Standard Shipping rates are based on the total value of your order shipped to an individual shipping address. For orders with multiple shipping addresses, Standard Shipping is charged based on the purchase-amount shipped to each address. The value of your order is the amount after any discounts are applied. On purchases of $175 or more (per address), Standard Shipping is free of charge.
Where do you ship?
Our "Standard Shipping" services and rates are applicable to the contiguous 48 U.S. states (see rate information above.) We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories -- for these destinations, actual shipping costs are calculated and provided to you at checkout before placing your order. For International Orders, please see below.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We do not currently ship out of the United States.
What do I do if my package arrives damaged?
Please save all packaging materials if your order arrives damaged. Contact email@example.com or call 1-866-362-4422 and we will process a claim via the shipping method that was used and resend your order. All packaging is required in the result that an inspection is required via UPS, FedEx or USPS.
How do I track my package?
