What do you charge for shipping?
Standard shipping rates are based on the total value of your purchase, as shown in the chart below. On purchases of $100 or more, standard shipping is free of charge.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders ship within 48 hours, excluding holidays and weekends, for non-personalized items. Our personalization process may take up to five additional business days. If there are any exceptions, you will be notified via email.
How do you ship?
Orders will ship via UPS whenever possible. Select items will go via USPS depending on size and address.
Is expedited shipping available?
Yes, you can select expedited shipping for your package, at the cost calculated and shown at checkout. If a customer chooses to expedite a personalized order, it will ship after the allotted time to personalize an item. Our personalization can take up to 5 business days. We will ship your order as soon as it is completed.
Where do you ship?
We ship in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. For international orders, because shipping, custom, duties and taxes vary by country, we will provide a shipping quote for you to approve before processing. Any international inquires can email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What do I do if my package arrives damaged?
Please save all packaging materials if your order arrives damaged. Contact email@example.com and we will process a claim via the shipping method that was used and resend your order. All packaging is required in the result that an inspection is required via UPS or USPS.
How do I track my package?
All orders that have provided an email will receive the tracking number directly from UPS or USPS. If you have any questions you can contact the store at 866-362-4422.
All wholesale orders will receive an email confirmation with shipping dates within 48 hours of placing their order, excluding holidays and weekends.
