One Bowl-Pumpkin Spice Honey Bread

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Savannah Bee Company's Pumpkin Spiced Whipped Honey and an additional 1/2 cup of Pumpkin Spiced Whipped Honey for frosting the bread.
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted (or butter, melted)
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 cup whole wheat or all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


2. Preheat oven to 350 °F.  Grease a 1/2 pound loaf pan.  

3. In a large bowl, mix the honey, brown sugar, oil/butter, vanilla and eggs.  Once combined, mix in the pumpkin puree.  Mix dry ingredients and add into the wet ingredients.  Stir until everything is just combined.  Do not overmix.

4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-65 minutes.  Or until an internal temperature of 205º F is reached or a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.

5.  Whisk the remaining 1/2 cup of whipped pumpkin spice honey until it is fluid enough to drizzle over the warm pumpkin bread.

6.  Cool slightly, slice and enjoy!
