The founders shared this rub with friends who kept telling them that it was the best rub that they had ever had, so they decided to make it available to everyone. Inspired by Southwestern dry rubs and our own Northern woods, Perfection Spice Rub blends an unusual combination of ingredients into a harmonious and balanced blend. 3 out of 5 for heat.
