Description

Pure Lemon Oil is made from citrus oils that are cold pressed from the rind of the fruit for an amazing and rich flavor. We recommend using sparingly in place of lemon zest. "As a general rule, start with 1/2 teaspoon per cup of dry ingredients, plus 1/4 teaspoon per cup of liquid ingredients in any recipe. You can always add more. " A wonderful addition to a lemon pound cake or a decadent lemon curd.
