As a dad to young kids, I am always looking for more ways to get my kids to eat healthy. This family recipe for Apple Cider Honey Vinaigrette is a favorite drizzled on salads, for dipping crunchy veggies or as a marinade. I like having a jar of this in the fridge that I can shake up for a quick fix for the never ending, "I'm hungry". The vinaigrette will last for a week in the fridge. Shake it up and enjoy.
