Ingredients:
- Red onion
- Carrots
- Celery
- Plain Cream Cheese
Instructions:
- Finely dice your vegetables into small squares - the smaller the veggies the easier it will be to spread later.
- Empty the cream cheese into a large bowl (it's helpful and easier to mix if it's room temperature.
- Mix in all chopped ingredients - the stronger you whip, the smoother your cream cheese will end up.
- *If you have gloves, mixing by hand at the end will give it a more voluminous and appetizing finished look!
- Spread it on your favorite bagel or put in a bowl to allow guests to serve themselves - and enjoy!
There you have a delicious, homemade, hearty veggie cream cheese. Fresh all around, the perfect way to enjoy!
