Q. When is the Black Friday Sale?

     A. Black Friday sale is valid 11.26.25-12.2.25.

 

Q. What is the promotion?

     A. 30% off sitewide excluding Bennington Potters and Made In.  Made In has a custom 20% off promotion that is valid on all Made In products excluding cookware sets.

 

Q. Is the sale valid in store?

     A.  No, the sale is valid online only.  The Kitchen Store at JK Adams has great promotions going on all weekend.  Come in and see us in Dorset, Vermont.

 

Q.  When will my order ship?

     A.  We will start shipping orders on Friday, 11.28.25.  You will receive an email with the tracking information when your order ships out.  

 

Q.  What if I put in the wrong address for my order?

     A.  Please email web@jkadams.com with your order number and correct address and we will make the correction.  

 

Q.  Will my gift have a receipt in the box?

    A.  For every order that is shipping to a different address than the billing address we include a gift receipt with no prices.
