Penang Curry has the flavors of Southeast Asia. A delicious combination of citrus, herbs and spice. Cook a traditional savory curry by combining 2 Tbs of Penang Curry with 1 Tbs of nut butter, a dash of fish sauce and a cup of coconut water to gently simmer your meat and veggies. We also use Penang Curry blend in ground meats, soups, roasted meats and rice.
Ingredients- Galangal, Lemon Grass, White Pepper, Cilantro, Coriander, Cumin, Cayenne, Onion, and Garlic.
