Plymouth Artisan Cheese Smoked Cheddar is a cold smoked cheddar that is aged for 60 days. The flavor has notes of bacon and salt. The bold flavor is a favorite of many and has the flavor profile of cheeses enjoyed by some of Vermont's earliest farmers. The cheese is made from raw milk in Plymouth, Vermont.

Plymouth Cheese Factory was created by President Coolidge's family in Plymouth, Vermont in 1890. In 2009, cheesemaker Jesse Warren started creating Plymouth Cheddar again with the original 1890's recipe that he found taped up in the barn. Enjoy a true American classic today.
