Plymouth Artisan Cheese Original Cheddar is a true American classic. Plymouth Cheese was originally founded by President Calvin Coolidge's family on their family dairy farm. The Coolidge family's original recipe was discovered by cheese maker Jesse Werner taped to the walls of the old Plymouth factory.
The cheddar is aged for one year. This sharp full-bodied cheddar is said to be the closest modern-day cheddar to what the colonists enjoyed. It has sharp tangy taste that is an amazing addition to any charcuterie board.
